About Me
My name is Fariba (pronounced fa-REE-buh), and I’m the owner/creator of Fariba Soap. I have been making soap for the past decade and have been enjoying every minute of it! I have always felt there should be a natural alternative to often harsh and abrasive industrially manufactured soap. I love to experiment with different oils and butters (100% natural, climate pledge friendly certified, mostly organic) to create the best handmade, skin loving products. Soapmaking is in my blood as my 2nd great grandfather was a soap maker in the ancient Persian city of Susa (modern city of Shushtar). Fariba Soaps are made lovingly by me in Plainsboro, New Jersey.
Shop Policies
Shipping:
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Processing times for custom and bulk orders will vary (for example, custom cold process orders will need about 4 weeks to cure before they can be shipped).
Returns/Exchanges:
Quality is our priority. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we will work with you if there is an issue with your order. Please email us at faribasoap@gmail.com or by using the contact form.
Once a tracking number is created, the order cannot be changed or cancelled. If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and is returned, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for a new shipping label.
If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.
